Safeguarding your identity and data

Can I use the app with VPN?

Yes, our apps work even when you actively use a VPN.

Can my information get leaked outside the app?

We have many precautions that prevent this, for example security enforcement systems and detailed infrastructure monitoring.

If a security breach happens, we will contact you immediately.

Can there be a virus in the app?

The app comes without viruses. You are safe installing it from Google, Apple, or Windows store.

Contact your administrator if your antivirus reports Managry apps as a virus.

Could the app get hacked?

If we discover a security breach, we will contact you immediately.

Could users be tracked by the app without their knowledge?

The app collects information according to the administrator settings and our privacy policy, so only according to these criteria.

Do I have to use a password every time to unlock the app?

No, you can set the app to remember you, and you will not need to write the password with every login for some time.

Do you collect and sell user data?

We collect and use information to provide, improve, and protect our services. This includes usage information, device information, account information and your data.

We do not sell your data to third parties. Your data belongs to you only, and we may directly access them only on exceptional occasions, for example when a customer requests it specifically. For more information, see our privacy policy: https://managry.com/legal/privacy-policy/

Does Managry mine or sell my personal data?

Definitely not. We do not mine your data, and we do not sell data. We charge our customers for use of our business software and that is the only way how we make money.

Does the company see my IP address?

Yes, IP address is part of the information stored when users use our apps.

How do I set or change my password?

If you need to change the password of your Managry web profile, go to Edit profile > Change password.

If you need to change your password in the user app, you can do so on the Profile page.

Is using my credit card safe?

We use Stripe as our payment processing partner, which offers the highest level of PCI certification available in the payments industry.

Stripe has automatic detection and blocking of fraud, so your credit card is perfectly safe.

Credit card data are sent right to Stripe and aren't stored on our servers.

What happens to the data if I cancel my subscription?

All data belongs to the customer. After your subscription ends, the data is stored on our servers for a certain period. If you do not reactivate your subscription for a long time, it gets permanently deleted.

It is possible to export all your data before you cancel your subscription, so you can keep it forever and use it freely in the future.

What if I forget my password?

No worries. On the login screen, click to “I forgot my password.”, and enter your login name. Managry sends reset instructions to your email account that is set up in your profile. Look for an email message from support@managry.com with subject “Reset password”.

If you do not have an email account associated with your profile, contact your company administrator, which can change the password for you.

What if I want some data to be deleted?

Please contact us at support@managry.com.

What if my email account used for Current Timesheets was hacked?

Contact us at support@managry.com immediately.

Where is the data stored?

Managry uses Amazon Web Services to store data. Every region has its own data storage that complies with the local laws. Your data stays only in your home region.
