How to delete your account

How to request account deletion

This article shows you how you can request your account and associated data to be deleted.

After you login to Traverse, you should go to your profile. Navigate to the top right corner and click on "My account" icon, then select the "My profile" button. You will be redirected to your profile.

At the bottom of the screen you can find a "Delete account" button. Click on the button and confirm the deletion to remove your account and associated data.

Important notes about account deletion

  • You need to be online for this operation to succeed.
  • It removes all your expenses, uploaded invoices, reimbursements, and other data from our systems.
  • It also removes all data stored through other Managry applications with this account.
  • This operation is irreversible.

Note that we will retain and use your data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.
