Are there other fees beyond the monthly fee?
No, there are not any additional fees. Your monthly subscription covers everything. If we ever need to change the pricing, we will announce it in advance.
Are there other ways to pay other than credit card?
Large customers can use wire transfer and will also receive a proforma invoice.
Other customers can only use a credit card.
Can I change my payment option?
Yes, you can change your credit card on your Managry.com profile page.
Simply add the new credit card, and your subscription continues. The following payment is made with the new credit card.
Managry.com > Your Profile > Subscriptions > Update Payment Method > Add new credit card
Can I change my subscription?
Yes, administrators can change the tier, payment method, company details and even cancel the subscription on their Managry profile page.
Can you change the pricing?
The pricing of Managry software depends on the number of users, server costs and our expandation in different regions. If we need to change the price in the future, we will inform you at least six months in advance, so you have the time to decide if you agree with the new pricing.
If there's a lot of customers per country, so we have no trouble covering server costs, we will lower the pricing.
Do you have a free plan?
We do not offer a free plan for our products. However, we do have a variety of subscription plans available, designed to cater to different needs and budgets.
Additionally, we offer a risk-free trial period, allowing you to fully experience our product before committing to a subscription.
Do you offer any discounts?
We do not offer discounts for standard and premier plans.
However, the more people you have in your subscription, the less you pay for an individual.
Also, large customers have prices according to a contract.
Do you offer more types of subscriptions besides monthly?
No. There's a monthly subscription only.
This may change in the future.
Does the pricing include tax?
Tax is charged according to your country.
You can see the prices without VAT (value added tax) on our webpage. VAT is calculated after you add your details before you pay, so you can see the full price before you pay for the product. It is then automatically charged after your purchase.
For EU customers, a reverse charge may apply.
What currency do you use for payments?
Payments are made in US dollars, but you can use a credit card with any currency. Currency is automatically converted to US dollars when you make a purchase.
What happens to the price when I increase the number of users?
If yes, you will need to pay a more expensive tier. However, the price for an individual is lower.
If you need to change your number of users but still fit in your current tier, the price doesn't change.
What happens when I want to cancel my subscription?
Only admins can cancel subscriptions.
You can cancel the subscription on your Managry profile page.
Find the subscription you want to cancel on your Subscriptions page and click cancel. This is where you can also reactivate your account.
Your subscription will continue through the prepaid period even after cancellation.
You can still use your account to renew your subscription, or to try another product.
What happens when my credit card expires?
You will receive an email at least a few weeks before your card's expiration.
You can add a new credit card on your Managry.com profile page, and your subscription continues. Following transactions are made with the new credit card.

What payment options do you accept?
We accept credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We use Stripe for payment processing, which means payment options may vary depending on your country.
Large customers will receive a proforma invoice and can use wire transfer as a payment method.
