Can I start using the app right after purchase?
Yes, you will receive instructions in your inbox and you can use the web version instantly. On your smartphone, you can start by installing the app.
Do I have to hire additional IT admins?
No, Managry uses its own servers to operate the software. Everyone can install the app and use it as you please without worrying about additional IT costs or admins.

Do I need an internet connection to use the app?
You need an internet connection for the first login, but most of the activities work just fine even without an internet connection. Everything is saved on your device and uploaded to the cloud once you gain internet access.
Do I need to create a profile before I start?
The Managry.com account is created with your first purchase.
My team has little computer experience. Can we still benefit from the use of Managry apps?
Our software is designed so anyone can use and understand it. You don't need any special IT skills to utilize it fully. It is easily installable on workstations and personal smartphones so that everyone can use it comfortably. You can easily use it in your web browser.
The app doesn't offer the language I need. What can I do?
Contact us at support@managry.com, and we will arrange a translation.
What are the differences between mobile and browser versions?
Both offer almost the same features. However, some features can work better on the mobile version, for example GPS, maps, or taking pictures. The desktop version can be accessed from any computer and works on many screen sizes.
What are the system requirements to run the app?
We support the following platforms:
Web: Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Microsoft Edge, both desktop and mobile.
Windows: 64-bit, Windows 7 or higher
MacOS: 64-bit, El Capitan or higher
Android: Android 8.0 Oreo or higher
iOS - 9 or higher
What if I want more users than the maximum amount?
You have to upgrade to a higher tier. If you need more users than our plans allow, you need to use the Enterprise tier. Contact us at sales@managry.com, and we will discuss your options.

Will Managry apps work on my Android device?
Managry apps require Android 7 or above.
