Join Managry
We work on knowledge-intensive projects requiring dedication, collaboration, and flexibility.
As a growing company, we deliver results mostly in first-time situations. Managry is organized by the principles of lean product development: failing early and often, exploiting variability, visualizing work queues, and getting fast and frequent feedback. We do plenty of peer reviews.
Managry headquarters are located in Oslavany, approximately 30 km southwest of Brno. It's an excellent opportunity for people who desire to work for a high-tech software company and wish to stay in this region.
We offer you the benefit of working remotely, but meeting at least once per week is necessary to discuss the progress and next steps.

How we hire
Job application
Before applying for a job, focus on your resume. Here is how to approach writing it:
- List your responsibilities and contributions in each role you held. Be specific and detailed. It allows a recruiter to evaluate your impact on the projects you participated in, and the scope of your experience.
- Highlight your most important achievements. What was the outcome of your contributions?
- When appropriate, list distinctive technologies and know-how you applied and learned in the role.
- If you are a student or recent graduate, describe your school-related or personal projects, so the recruiter can estimate your skill level.
- Try to align your work experience with the job description.
- It is better to send an imperfect resume than not apply.
When reading resumes, our recruiters compare your resume with the required skills and experiences. Then, they'll schedule a phone call with you if they see a potential match. Otherwise, they'll send an email about the decision not to continue with the hiring process.
Phone interview
The phone interview aims to get to know more about you, answer any questions you might have about the job position, and confirm your level of interest. The phone interview takes between 20 and 40 minutes.
We invite you to the on-site interview if you are still interested in the position and possess the core skills.
On-site interview
The on-site interview's purpose is to properly evaluate the opportunity for cooperation.
We will ask you questions about how you approach different situations and problems. We are interested in your thinking and consideration of alternatives. Why do you choose to do it this way? What is the likely impact? What is the relevance?
For software engineering candidates, we also want to explore your areas of expertise and your level of programming skills. We want to discuss software stacks, tools, programming languages, and best practices.
Your task is to decide if the job would be right for you. You will be introduced to our work environment, tools and procedures, current projects, and long-term plans. Feel free to ask questions about our company, the work, and the team you might work with.
Ideally, we create a vision of our collaboration that includes your contributions to the company, your success and career advancement, and long-term mutual dependency.
Decision
After an interview, we need time to exchange our observations, assess the discussions, and evaluate the information. We are careful not to rush the judgment.
We will send you a written offer when we decide to hire you. Do not hesitate to contact us and ask questions.
